Hey there!

From time to time I come across really helpful people, services and sometimes even products.  When I do, you can be sure that I will share them with you.  This will be the place to find my recommendations on essential items and other cool stuff.  At the moment I have two critical items for you:

1. Elastic Bands-  These help with all kinds of exercises and stretches.  You can go out and buy some thera-band or rubber tubing, but you can use a bungee cord or even a really stretchy piece of clothing just as well.

2. Lumbar Roll-  This is not an optional item!  If you don’t want to buy one that’s fine, just roll up a towel and use it.  But it is essential to support your lumbar spine.  I keep one in my car at all times, and I definitely use one on my main office chair.

3. TENS unit- an easy, portable, drug-free way for pain relief. Combine it with the video’s shown to treat the source of your pain and you will significantly decrease your pain symptoms as well as tackle the source of the pain.

There will be more to come, but if you can get those few covered, you will be off to a great start in becoming your own body mechanic : )
